4-Fluoromethcathinone (4-FMC). Also known as flephedrone. Is a synthetic stimulant of the cathinone class, chemically similar to mephedrone and methamphetamine. Appointed for DEA prosecution schedule 1. Its clandestine manufacture and recreational use have been noted in multiple countries, with limited reports of fatal and non-fatal intoxications. This substance perhaps damage to serotonin or dopamine systems, similar to other cathinones
